ORDERING

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order to confirm that the team at Wilde Hearts have received your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder first before emailing enquiries@wildehearts.com

Most orders ship within 24 hours of payment, except for orders paying with bank deposit and pre-orders. Bank deposits may take 1-5 working days to clear. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. If you want to add an item post-purchase, please place a new order for the item.

 

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING with every purchase for our NZ customers. 

We do our best to get your items to you the next day - however you need to take weekends into account. 

RURAL

Rural delivery may add 1-3 days to the standard targeted delivery times.

If you live at a rural address you'll need to notify us in your shipping details that this is a 'Rural Delivery'. If you fail to do this, there may be a small fee to cover costs of a failed delivery that returns to our warehouse.

TIMING

Orders placed after Midday during the week may take two business days to arrive but most orders ship within 24 hours of payment. 

Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. Our couriers are on holiday during Public Holidays so things could take a little longer around these busy times. The Christmas & New Year period are especially busy but we try our best to get items to you as soon as possible.

If you have not received your order within 4 working days, please email us enquiries@wildehearts.com immediately.

If you have already checked out using an incorrect address, please email enquiries@wildehearts.com immediately. We are able to change the shipping address unless it has already been shipped.

AUSTRALIA

We offer a flat rate of $30 for shipping Australia-wide. We are working on better rates as you read this!

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150 NZD!

Items are shipped with NZ POST INTERNATIONAL COURIER and can be expected within 2-6 working days

 

INTERNATIONAL

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all orders over $250 NZD!

Currently we can offer you a $45NZD flat rate for shipping internationally (slightly higher depending on weight). We are working on better rates for delivery Worldwide.

Items are shipped with NZ POST INTERNATIONAL COURIER and can be expected within 2-6 working days

Please note any Import duties & taxes are at the cost of the customer. Please make sure you are aware of your specific country import requirements.

We take no responsibility for damaged items in the post. Please do notify us if anything arrives broken and we can do our best to get it sorted for you. Please note that once a parcel has been dispatched its delivery time is out of our control. You can however track your items and take any issues up with the courier company directly or email us and we can assist to the best of our ability.

 

PO BOXES

We offer shipping to PO BOXES. Simply key your PO details into the delivery address details.

 

PRE-ORDER PURCHASE

A pre-order is when an item is currently out of stock but we have made a special order from the manufacturer already and we can expect it to come into stock within a certain timeframe.We take pre-orders to ensure that every customer has the opportunity to purchase a popular item when it goes out of stock. The date of delivery will be displayed under the description in each of the product.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, all final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Returns are generally processed within 3 days of receiving your return. 

If you have requested a refund, you will receive your refund within 3-7 working days of WILDE HEARTS receiving your returns form.
